Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within the guidelines specified on the item page. We aim to send in stock items same day, pre-ordered items as soon as available and DYO custom tees between 1-7 days following confirmation of the order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

*Same Day Tees can be shipped provided the order has been placed by 10:00am AEST.

Due to COVID-19 we may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple shipping: We offer small order standard shipping from $4 to anywhere in Australia and express shipping from $8 to anywhere in Australia.

FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders over $200.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns (excluding swimwear) up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@miklin.com.au  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
